Content Strategy
for founders, experts, and organizations ready to turn scattered ideas into a strategic content system.
Content Strategy Design Intensives • Content Strategy Critiques • Implementation Sprints
Is your content working as hard as it should?
Many organizations are creating content — blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, webinars, case studies, founder updates — but still feel like the strategy behind it is unclear.
The content may be consistent but not compelling. Active but not aligned. Thoughtful but disconnected from business goals. Or it may be stuck in a familiar cycle: deciding what to post at the last minute, publishing when there’s time, and hoping the audience connects the dots.
Content works best when it has a job.
It should help the right people understand what you do, why it matters, what you believe, and why they should trust you. It should support your positioning, strengthen your authority, and move your audience toward a clear next step.
And that’s where I can help.
My Approach
Content strategy is not just a calendar. It’s the operating system behind what you publish.
I use a clear strategic framework to help clients understand what content they should create, why they’re creating it, who it needs to reach, where it should live, when it should be published, and how the system should actually work.
What
We identify the core themes, topics, formats, and content assets that support your positioning and business goals.
Why
We clarify the purpose behind your content, so every piece has a job: building awareness, educating your audience, strengthening trust, supporting sales, or moving people toward action.
Who
We define the audience you’re trying to reach, including what they care about, what they need to understand, and what questions or objections your content should address.
Where
We determine the right channels for your content, based on your audience, goals, internal capacity, and existing content ecosystem.
When
We build an editorial rhythm that supports consistency without creating a constant content scramble.
How
We look at the system behind the content: ownership, workflows, approvals, content calendars, measurement, and the implementation gaps that keep good ideas from becoming effective content.
Work With Me
Content Strategy Critique
Not ready for a full strategy engagement? Start with a Content Strategy Critique.
I review your outward-facing content ecosystem — website, blog, newsletter, social presence, and other relevant materials — and identify what your content currently signals, where the strategy is clear or missing, and where your content may be disconnected from your audience, positioning, or business goals.
You’ll receive an editorial strategy letter with:
what your content currently communicates
where the content feels clear, scattered, or inconsistent
where audience resonance may be missing
where the customer journey or funnel has gaps
what to prioritize first
Rate: Starts at $1,000.
Content Strategy Design Intensive
This intensive is designed to help you build a clearer, more strategic content system.
We’ll clarify your content goals, audience, key topics, channels, formats, editorial rhythm, and calls to action, then turn those insights into a practical content strategy your team can begin using immediately.
Process:
You’ll submit an intake questionnaire outlining your current content challenges.
I’ll review your existing content, channels, and outward-facing materials.
In a 60–90 minute intensive, we’ll talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what your content needs to accomplish.
I’ll create a content strategy document with recommended content pillars, channel guidance, editorial direction, and implementation next steps.
We’ll meet for a second call to review the strategy and answer remaining questions.
Rate: Starts at $3,000.
Content Strategy + Implementation Sprint
For organizations that need more than a strategy document, this sprint helps put the strategy into motion.
This engagement includes the Content Strategy Design Intensive plus 4–6 weeks of strategic implementation support. I help you translate the strategy into a working editorial system, content calendar, content briefs, workflow recommendations, and early content direction.
This is not ghostwriting or ongoing content production. It is strategic content leadership: helping your team understand what to create, how to structure it, who should own it, and how to keep the system moving.
Potential deliverables include:
60–90 day content roadmap
content calendar structure
content brief templates
editorial direction
content workflow and ownership recommendations
review of initial content ideas or drafts
guidance for internal teams, freelancers, or ghostwriters
Rate: Starts at $5,000.
